it is a popular fashion in baltimore for young guys who we'll call "yo boys" to wear extremely long t-shirts down to there knees with super baggy pants and there underwear hanging out there nasty contradictory fashions if you want your drawers showing why wear the long t-shirt if you want to wear a super long t-shirt to cover up why have your drawers hang out makes ya go hmmmm who came up with these ugly trends
